SERIOUSLY BREAKING NEWS. Chief Motivation Officer Angela Manuel Davis separates from AARMY.
For those who don’t know who AARMY is. They are an online fitness website that offers spin classes and also general fitness classes. However we did report on the “Walmart Effect” because with the 16 million dollars in funding AARMY got put them at a huge advantage. Many people were canceling or reducing their memberships at small local studios. A small studio owner who has a monthly rent payment of let’s say 5000 dollars a month then with all the other expenses such as marketing and advertising cannot afford losing memberships to huge giants like AARMY. We did publish an article on how AARMY is responsible for the “Walmart Effect” that goes more in depth. Bottomline. Small studios were suffering, which caused us to try to intervene.
MANY ARE CELEBRATING AND ARE ELATED
To begin. It is absolutely true when they say that Angela Manuel Davis is a Chief Motivation Officer of Hearts. Even from Canada which is thousands of miles away we love her. Angela was the Co-Founder of AARMY. Angela Manuel Davis, the motivational fitness coach, founder of AARMY, isn’t just a good spin coach, she is great. Her AARMY classes are often wait-listed, not because she can make promises of toning your abs or losing 10 pounds in 10 days, but because she can tighten, lift and vitalize your inner self. Davis chooses to strengthen minds, not only bodies, inspiring her students to live their best lives. Davis understands the connection between the mind, body and soul. Since childhood, sports have been a grounding force in her life, an activity that centered her. Her fitness journey started at home, with her father Jerry Manuel, a former MLB player for 15 years and a coach and manager in both the major and minor leagues for 12 years. For Davis and her siblings, sports were a part of everyday life. Naturally athletic, Davis excelled at soccer and track all through high school and after graduating, attended Oral Roberts University to run track, where she became a five-time All-American and held world rankings in the 100 meters.
To keep this short. AARMY has definitely lost a champion and an icon.
And. We are super pleased Angela separated from AARMY.
Let us begin with our personal first hand experience with AARMY.
When the founder of Indoor Cycling Channel witnessed such hate from the Aarmy characters such as Akin and Sophie, it was the first red flag. Such hate is unacceptable. Gossip and slander must be discouraged in any respectable brand.
In the case of Akin. He never met us but instantly treated us as enemies. Even after we promoted him and gave them hundreds of dollars of our business.
Read that quote from a lady who took Akin’s classes. Others have exposed Akin for his unprofessionalism and mean-spiritedness, which he hides well. Read below.
CHECK OUT AKIN’S PERSONALITY BELOW. if you want to see inside the mind of AKIN AKMEN.
SECONDLY. Hate has no place in a professional brand
Another reason why we think Angela left AARMY is because another mean-spirted character known as Sophie.
To begin. Everyone agrees that hate is toxic and has no place in a professional brand.
This “Aarmy Solder” or more like “character” is Sophia Goldstein When we personally witnessed such hate from her; it was disheartening and disturbing. Again. Consistant with the actions of Akin — instead of thanking us for giving her a shout out, she treated us like enemies. Was it because the founder and customer was a non-white middle-eastern man? Sophie’s hateful action is still a mystery to us. However after one sees her mean-spirited picture we are not surprised anymore.
Note to Sophie: Remember this Sophie. Being mean is not beautiful. It is a mental disorder. And just to be clear, we don’t believe in personal attacks, we are DEFENDING OURSELVES from personal attacks.
Another possible reason Angela separated from AARMY is perhaps because they partnered with a notorious Indoor Cycling Instructor known as “ZAX FIT”. As you see below this character known as “ZAX FIT” is very unprofessional and a sexual harrasser. Sorry we have to show you this but it is important.
How could the AARMY crew associate themselves with that weirdo?
Again. Thank you Angela for separating from this freak show.
To conclude. Angela Manuel Davis as we read–and you will notice everywhere in the news, is a beautiful soul full of love and warmth. She is a mother with a beautiful family. Angela definitely did not fit in with the above mentioned characters. Angela saw through the facade. And of course, thousands of fans all over the world hope and pray she will visit their city. And we were so excited and thrilled when she visited Vancouver, BC. AND of course SHE SOLD OUT within days. Look below Angela’s beautiful spirit and how many people she made happy.

Manuel-Davis is the inspo gawd of L.A. Her ability to motivate is what has helped her reach the rare level of worldwide notoriety but without the fame. She’s low-key but impressive nonetheless. She’s a speaker, fitness guru, stationary-cycling coach and chief motivational officer at AARMY, the company she started with former SoulCycle instructor Akin Akman and creative strategist Trey Laird. And that’s on top of Manuel-Davis, the former All-American track and field star and Olympics hopeful (she missed the cut at trials by milliseconds), and the eldest of four extremely successful siblings, including Fear of God designer Jerry Lorenzo. She’s also daughter of former Major League Baseball coach/manager Jerry Manuel and, for nearly eight years, was one of the most famous SoulCycle instructors in L.A., beloved by everyone from Busy Philipps to Bey and Jay.
