Here are some points to consider and will allow you to decide which is more preferable. For those who are impatient. RealRyder® bikes are much better and offer you a real-life experience.
Keiser was the original bike with consoles to show power, and are still the only bike with an objective resistance number. They’re “wheel in the rear” design is unique. However we don’t recommend Keiser Bikes because of the many issues and because of the high price. Our top choice is the Schwinn Carbon Blue
But often times you end up in a class of lets say 30 Keiser bikes. Most likely many of them will give you a different reading in terms of what gear you are in and what power it says you are at. Because Keiser bikes have to be “calibrated” several times to be accurate. So if you are on one bike one day and another bike the next day it would be difficult to measure progress. For the 2000 plus dollars Keiser charges they must do better.
Keiser also has a new handlebar design for the Keiser M3 which was supposed to silence complaints from some smaller riders who had troubles with bike fit. Not a something to jump up and down about but may help smaller riders.
Like other exercise bikes, this particular spin bike is requires maintenance and as we mentioned about calibrating for accurate measurements. I myself had troubles communicating with the Keiser Canadian Rep Mark Kocaba and found him to be arrogant and rude.
Now it is RealRyder time: We found that the RealRyder® bikes were easier to ride and offer a more real experience. Like they say a picture says a 1000 words; well then a video will say 1 million words. Below you will see that the RealRyder bikes are much funner then Keiser bikes and lead to a better and satisfying experience. Which is why many studios all over the world are choosing the RealRyder bikes over the Keiser bikes and you should too. Cheers.
