Moreover. We are sure that it is no surprised not every studio is the same. Just like people there are good and bad. The same thing hold true for Spin Studios. Which is why we are sure you want true, authentic reviews, from one who has years and years of experience.
Which brings us to our experience with a studio in Montreal called ” Le Spin Montreal ” To cut to the chase: Not recommended. After all the complaints we had to go public and write a Le Spin Montreal Review. And of course we are always objection.
Lets start with Le Spin’s location. As you can see below. They are in the middle of nowhere. I think an old warehouse. We went their personally and even after taking a subway and a bus we had to walk in the freezing cold several minutes.

Plus the locker rooms are very small and the parking is tough. The instructors were average and the classes half full.
However the main complaint was very odd and disturbing. The complaint was regarding one of their instructors.

One of their instructors who frequently wears black, who calls herself Bangsandabun is a middle-age female with lots and lots of hostility, then add the problem of narcism and then on top of that, add her toxic feminist views.
A few months ago we did follow her account on Instagram and at times gave her free publicity up until we started hearing and watching her rage-bating comments on the “patriarchy” For weeks and weeks we kept hearing her blaming problems of the world on the “patriarchy” Which was concerning.
Then add her narcism. Every day she expected everyone watch her do “100 squats”. Which was annoying, even more when she thinks we are enjoying it. Then add her “online spin class” which comprised of her spinning in her apartment with a white drywall behind her. Wow, how exciting. Then add her political ideology. For several days she expected us to hear her views on the UK elections, we kept hearing she is so happy the socialists won. Again super annoying.
Eventually we blocked her and brought to the attention of Le Spin Management who is well aware that we have been supporting them for years through our indoor Cycling channels. However what was most disturbing is that Le Spin supports that toxic feminists and supports her hostility. Which is a huge red flag. However that is consistent of a studio that is far from everything and is in a warehouse. Poor quality leads to poor quality. To repeat. The location is not good. Very very far from center. Plus they have some instructors who are too political. One of them wears black and keeps blaming the problems of the world on men and the patriarchy.
Secondly. Is Le Spin Montreal aware that this “Bangs and a Bun” character is leveraging Le Spin Studio to gain credibility for the Bangs in a Bun Life Coaching business?
Thirdly. We did some digging and visited her Facebook page. Have a look please.

Wow. One follower. And she claims she is ” Helping women go from floundering to focused, motivated & productive 🙌🏻 by establishing daily habits & rituals that level up their lives. 🇬🇧 in 🇨🇦”. And notice that she did not even change the FILLER image which facebook provides?
Then we checked her Twitter Page. Which again was very odd. The last tweet was several months ago and the tweet before that was November 2023.

As such. After the complaints and our own research we decided to block her. And we encourage you to do the same. And of course we also discourage you from giving your business to ” Le Spin Montreal ” for allowing their members and the public to be subjected to such hostility, aggression and misleading proposals. ” Le Spin Montreal ” is well aware that “Bangsandabun” is charging several hundreds dollars which many young women might pay. What do they get for all that money? This is what we did. We blocked her and should also.

To conclude. Please don’t give your business to” Le Spin Montreal ” which will send a message to prejudice white, high-status females, When she accuses middle-easterns of being unsafe she is projecting her unsafe personality on her victim. Which borders on psychotic. That reminds of a similar “indoor Cycling Instructor” named Hannah.
In conclusion. There are much better studios in Montreal such as B Cycle which has several locations and Spinergie.
Just do like others and block Le Spin Montreal to avoid the drama and support the better studios like BCycle and Spinergie. Good things happen to good people.
