You are in control of the resistance from start to finish. They ride to the beat of the music as one with no competition. This high intensity class is set to energizing beats and incorporates weights for light upper-body work. You’ll leave feeling empowered and ready to take on your day. Their WAVE Team will be there to help you set up your bike and answer any questions. If you have bike shoes with clips bring those and a water bottle.
