We asked Corina a few questions: .
Indoor Cycling Society: What is your favorite part of teaching Indoor Cycling?
FAVORITE PART OF MY CLASS: Im not sure I have a favorite part in class, as much as I have a favorite feeling. When you are riding in a dark room, with amazing music and full of amazing people (because everyone is amazing in their own way) that are in full disposition to enjoy, to feel free, to connect with the energy created in that instant inside that studio. This are unexpected and amazing moments where everyone is moving as one, feeling the energy around, getting goosebumps, feeling the rush, smiling, in touch with everyone else, creating magic. That is my favorite part of every single class, it is not planned and will always hit you when you least expected
Indoor Cycling Society: What advice would you give students?
ADVICE FOR NEW STUDENTS: The greatest rides are the ones where you are able to share yourself with others, make sure when you’re up there, to enjoy the moment and be yourself, because if you are able to open your heart to your riders, they will open their hearts in return, and only then will everyone feel the magic.
Indoor Cycling Society: Where can people find you?
